Patricia Genevieve Thrasher

Age 81, of Sackville, passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2022 in the Hants Community Hospital, Windsor, N.S.

Born in Digby, she was the daughter of the late Allie Marie (Forbes) Dukeshire and Walter Cleveland Dukeshire, of Bear River.

Patricia (Pat,Trish) loved gardening, she spent a great deal of time and effort in her gardens and they have always been admired by her family and friends. She was an avid bird watcher, taking care of nature every day was a love she always took time to do. She always made herself available to help her family and her close friends, whenever they needed support.

Patricia's legacy lies in her family; Her loving husband Paul Thrasher and two loving children, Sean Thrasher and Kimberlea Cleary. A loving son-in-law, Kenny Cleary and four loving grandchildren; Alexandre, Emilie, Kenneth and Kristopher. She is also survived by a loving brother and four loving sisters. Arthur Dukeshire, Marilyn Wentzell, Cheryl Cougle, Sylvia Richardson and Rosamond Trimper.

Paul, Kimberlea, Kenny and Sean, would like to acknowledge the friendship and compassion shown by her many close friends and neighbours throughout the whole of her life. It has always meant a great deal to her and to us.

Pursuant to her wishes, Patricia has been cremated. Arrangements have been entrusted to Eirene Cremations. A thoughtful gathering of family and close friends will occur at a later date.
